Pet Policy
- Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
- No Weight Limit - Breed restrictions apply.
- Limit of 2 pets per home.
- One-time non-refundable pet fee is $400 per pet.
- Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
- Animals must have proof of current vaccinations.
The following breeds and animal types are prohibited and will not be accepted: dog breeds - Pit Bull Terriers, Chows, Dobermans, Pinchers, Rottweilers, Huskies, and any other breed generally considered aggressive or deemed aggressive by state or local officials. A pet interview may be required, and any aggressive behavior can result in denial of the pet. Aquarium pets or fish are allowed without the payment of a pet deposit; however, they are only permitted if they are exclusively aquarium pets and the aquarium is no more than 20 gallons. Exotic animals are prohibited, including, but not limited to, rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.
Service/Assistance Animals: Strategic Properties will provide reasonable accommodation for service animals and other assistance or support animals, in accordance with the applicable federal and state local laws. Strategic Properties will not impose an additional security deposit, rent, or fees related to a service or assistance or support animal.
Our community uses PetScreening, a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure while storing your pet's information conveniently in one place.
PetScreening makes it easy for pet/animal owners to share their animal records with their housing provider, pet groomers, doggy daycares, dog walkers, pet sitters, vets, pet-friendly hotels, and more! All applicants are required to complete a No Pets or Animals profile or a pet profile for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval.
- Cost for a household pet profile: $25 when payable by credit card or $20 when payable by ACH.
- $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request.
- $0 for a no pet/no animal profile.
